FasterCashier provides cloud point-of-sale and e-invoicing tools. You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and accept responsibility for activity by your company’s users.
2. Subscription and payment
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and checkout states whether VAT is included. Paid plans renew on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. We may suspend access when a trial ends or payment remains overdue beyond the grace period.
3. E-invoicing responsibilities
The service helps create and submit invoices, but your business remains responsible for accurate tax and commercial information, monitoring submission status, and complying with ZATCA requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass permissions, access another company’s data, probe credentials, or disrupt the platform.
5. Data and availability
Your business retains ownership of its data. We use reasonable care to secure and operate the service, which may be temporarily affected by maintenance or third-party services such as payment gateways and government invoicing systems.
6. Cancellation and contact
